This position will require strong leadership, technical, and organizational skills to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and promote a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities: Production Supervision: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet production targets. Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all HVAC products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to optimize production output while minimizing waste and costs.
