Responsibilities:Leading the Charge: Perform analysis, pretreatment, and hydrometallurgical extraction of critical minerals from e-waste and lithium batteries.Continuous Improvement: Drive R&D; initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.Team Leadership: Manage skilled and semi-skilled personnel, overseeing plant operations and extraction machinery.Data-Driven Decisions: Capture data, analyze results, and contribute to developing forward-thinking strategies.Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical oversight and on-the-job training to your team.
